Privacy Policy
How the NurtureTech company website approaches personal information, service providers, security, children’s privacy, and your choices.
NurtureTech Digital Labs LLC (“NurtureTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects privacy. This policy applies to the NurtureTech company website. NurseApt™ and future products may provide separate privacy notices describing their own accounts, purchases, learning data, support, and platform services.
Current website scope
This company website currently provides public company and product information and email links. It does not currently provide a NurtureTech-operated user account, shopping cart, payment form, child-directed service, or company newsletter registration form. An email link opens the visitor’s chosen email service; the resulting message is handled by the visitor’s and our email providers.
Information you provide
We may receive your email address, name or signature, organization, and message content when you contact us. Please do not send passwords, payment details, medical information, educational records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through general business email.
Information processed automatically
Our hosting, security, network, and related service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, device and browser information, request time, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic records, and interactions with website pages or links. Available information depends on the providers and settings in use.
Cookies and similar technologies
Hosting or security providers may use cookies, local storage, logs, or similar technologies that are necessary to deliver, secure, authenticate, or maintain the website. If NurtureTech later introduces optional analytics, advertising, or personalization technologies, this policy and any required choice mechanism should be updated before or when those practices begin.
How we use information
We may use information to deliver and secure the website, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, understand and improve website performance, investigate misuse, protect users and our rights, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.
How information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to vendors supporting hosting, security, communications, professional services, and website operations; to authorities or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.
Sale and sharing
NurtureTech does not knowingly sell personal information collected through this company website. We do not knowingly share that information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required notices and choices.
California and other privacy rights
Depending on your location and whether an applicable law covers NurtureTech’s activities, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain processing, or to opt out of certain uses. Rights are subject to legal definitions, exceptions, identity verification, and applicability thresholds. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. Requests may be sent to the contact below.
Global Privacy Control
Because NurtureTech does not knowingly sell or share company-website personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no NurtureTech-operated sale or sharing preference to change. If applicable practices are introduced, legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals will be addressed as required.
Children’s privacy
This company website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use it to collect personal information directly from children under 13. Learning Expressions is a future concept and is not currently offered as an online service. Any future child-directed product will require its own privacy notice, age-appropriate design and safeguards, data-minimization decisions, parental information, and verifiable parental consent where applicable.
Data security
We use or rely on reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and current website operations. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and legal records, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods may differ depending on the record and applicable obligations.
International visitors
NurtureTech is based in California, United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other places where service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Third-party links
Links to NurseApt, app stores, email services, or other third-party websites are governed by those services’ own privacy practices. NurtureTech is not responsible for external privacy or security practices.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when website features, data practices, products, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
Contact and requests
Privacy questions or applicable-rights requests may be sent to support@nurturetechdigitallabs.com. Please describe the request and the information or interaction involved. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority before completing certain requests.
